Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing a course from PVP Media Masters. We strive to ensure that all our students are satisfied with the learning experience. However, due to the nature of digital content, we have specific refund and return policies in place.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that all digital products, including online courses, are non-refundable once the payment is completed. This is because the course content is made available to you instantly upon purchase, and once accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Eligibility for Refund

While our courses are non-refundable in most cases, we understand that there are exceptional situations where a refund may be considered. Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our end, we will work with you to resolve the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you have made a duplicate payment for the same course, we will process a refund for the extra payment.
  • Course Inaccuracies: If the course content is significantly different from what was described on the website or has major errors, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to review.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your name, order number, the course name, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.
  3. Review Process: We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

6. Course Access After Refund

If a refund is processed for your purchase, access to the course will be revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to access the course materials, videos, or resources associated with it.

7. No Refunds for Downloadable Materials

Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds on downloadable materials such as PDFs, eBooks, templates, or any other content that is made available for download immediately after purchase.
